Your business, answered inside ChatGPT, Claude and Claude Code.

Genaya AI answers inside ChatGPT, Claude and Claude Code today, and inside any assistant that speaks MCP - and, when you allow it, prepares changes you confirm. Genaya is an MCP connector: add one address, sign in with your normal Genaya login, and ask about your own operation - how many appointments this week, which invoices are open, what revenue looks like this month. It runs as you, in the organization you chose. A record change is confirmed in the chat and can be undone for 15 minutes; every text, email and anything about money is confirmed on a Genaya page where you are signed in.

THE PROBLEM

The assistant you use all day cannot see your business

The assistants people already talk to all day know nothing about their business. Genaya plugs the whole operation in - the calls, the schedule, the clients, the money - through the same Genaya AI that runs in the app, so the answer inside ChatGPT or Claude comes from live records, follows the permissions of the person asking, and every change waits for that person to confirm it.

psychology_alt

The assistant does not know your business

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Copilot are where people already draft, plan and think, but they cannot see a single appointment, invoice or client. Every real answer starts with someone opening another tab.

content_paste

Copy-paste is the integration

Exporting a report, pasting it into the chat, and hoping the numbers are still current. The context is stale before the reply arrives, and customer data ends up in a chat it was never meant for.

A bot with your keys is a risk

WORKS WITH

ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code and every assistant that speaks MCP, through one door

Add Genaya the way each assistant adds any MCP connector. The address is the same everywhere, and so is the sign-in: your normal Genaya login, one organization, one tap on Allow - or a client id an admin created for the platforms that cannot register themselves.

Works with ChatGPT

by OpenAI
  1. In ChatGPT open Settings and turn on developer mode under Plugins
  2. Choose add a plugin and paste the Genaya address
  3. Sign in with Genaya and pick the organization to connect

Works with Claude

by Anthropic
  1. In Claude open Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector
  2. Paste the Genaya address and save
  3. Choose Connect, sign in with Genaya and pick the organization
Open Claude with the address filled ininfoFree Claude accounts can add one custom connector. Genaya is submitted to the Claude Connectors Directory; once it is listed, choose it there instead. On Claude Team and Enterprise an owner adds Genaya once and each member connects as themselves. Claude confirms record changes right in the chat.

Works with Claude Code

by Anthropic
  1. In a Claude Code session run the two plugin lines below, in order
  2. Sign in with Genaya in the browser tab that opens and pick the organization
  3. Ask Claude Code a question about your schedule to confirm it works
infoThe plugin adds the server and the starter skills; the one-line add command is the alternative. Genaya is submitted to the Claude Code plugin marketplace.

WHAT IT CAN DO

Three columns, one rule: nothing runs on its own

Tick "Prepare changes you confirm" on the consent screen and the assistant prepares changes as previews. Where you confirm each one depends on what it is - and a short list is never available, on any host.

Confirmed in the chat

Small, reversible record changes.
  • Create or update a client, lead, task, reminder, appointment, estimate draft, invoice draft or expense
  • Reschedule or cancel an appointment; complete a task
  • Only when it can be undone and every contact detail matches the record
Undo for 15 minutes, from any surface

Confirmed on a Genaya page

Anything that leaves Genaya or cannot be undone.
  • Every text and email; every invoice or estimate link
  • Amounts of $2,500 and up; more than 25 recipients
  • A phone or email that differs from the record; a change with no undo; wording that came from customer text
A signed, single-use, 10-minute link - your login, the real preview, one Approve

Never, from any assistant

Refused outright, on every host.
  • Moving money: charge, refund, pay out, record a payment
  • Billing, plan, bank or payout settings
  • Roles, phone numbers and automations
"Not available from external assistants. Open Genaya to do that."
ASK FREELY

The same Genaya AI, from inside the assistant

A question from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot runs the very same Genaya AI the app runs - your permissions, the organization you picked, your live records. Appointments, clients, leads, invoices, payments, calls, tasks: ask in plain language and the answer comes back with the figures and the records behind it.

  • checkLive records, never a pasted export
  • checkOnly what your role can already see in Genaya
  • checkOne question, 10 Genaya AI credits - exactly like the app
CONFIRMED ON A GENAYA PAGE

A text is approved by you, signed in - never inside the chat

Ask the assistant to text a client and it answers with a link. The link is signed, single-use and valid for 10 minutes; it opens a Genaya page under your own login with the real message, the recipient as Genaya has them, the typed step-up when one is required, and one Approve. The assistant never presses that button, and it learns the outcome on its next call.

  • checkBound to you, your organization, this connection and this exact message
  • checkThe same route as the app: per-segment metering, messaging hours, STOP rules
  • checkA security email and a bell every time a send is approved from the page
INCLUDED

Everything the connection does, and the lines it never crosses

Ask freely

Appointments, clients, leads, invoices, payments, calls, tasks - ask in plain language and get the answer from your live records, with the same limits your role has in the app. One question is 10 Genaya AI credits, exactly like the app.

Changes you confirm in the chat

Tick "Prepare changes you confirm" and the assistant prepares a task, a client, a lead, an appointment, an estimate or invoice draft, an expense, a reschedule, a cancel or a complete - previewed with a fingerprint, confirmed by you in the chat, undoable for 15 minutes from any surface. Nothing runs on its own, whatever your Auto setting in the app.

Texts and money on a Genaya page

Every text and email, every invoice or estimate link, anything at or over $2,500, more than 25 recipients, a changed contact detail or a change with no undo is confirmed on a Genaya page: a signed, single-use, 10-minute link, your own login, the real preview, one Approve. Money, billing, roles, phone numbers and automations are never available from an assistant.

Controls for the organization

Admins choose whether external assistants are allowed at all, which ones, whether texts and emails may be prepared, and how often members must reconnect; create clients for assistants that cannot register themselves; and disconnect everyone in one click.

HOW IT WORKS

Three steps, then just ask

Step 1

Add Genaya to your assistant

In ChatGPT open Settings, turn on Developer mode under Plugins and add a plugin with the Genaya address. In Claude open Settings, then Connectors, and add a custom connector with the same address. In Claude Code run the two plugin lines. In Gemini, Copilot, Cursor, VS Code, Slack, Zapier or any other MCP client, add the address the way that host adds an MCP server.

Step 2

Sign in and pick your organization

The assistant sends you to a Genaya consent screen. Sign in with your normal login, pick the organization, read exactly what the connection may do - read, ask, and, if you tick them, prepare changes you confirm and texts and emails you confirm on a Genaya page - and tap Allow.

Step 3

Ask, and confirm the changes it prepares

From then on, ask about your business from inside the assistant. When you ask for a change, it comes back as a preview: a record change you confirm in the chat and can undo for 15 minutes, or a text, an email or anything about money you approve on a Genaya page, signed in. The assistant never presses Approve.

Clinics and practices

"Who is on the schedule tomorrow morning?" and "Remind me to call the pharmacy at 4" - answered and prepared as the front desk, with the healthcare note and the organization switch under an admin's control.

Firms and agencies

"Which client invoices are past 30 days?" and "Draft an invoice for the Q3 advisory retainer" - the same answer a partner would get in Genaya, and a draft they confirm on a Genaya page, from inside the assistant they work in.

Field service and construction

"How many jobs are unassigned this week?" and "Reschedule the Miller site visit to Friday 8 AM" - from the truck, the office or the trailer, confirmed in the chat by the person asking, undoable for 15 minutes.

THE SAFETY STORY

Built so an assistant can never do more than you agreed to

The thing that would press "confirm" inside a chat is the same assistant that wrote the request, so Genaya never lets a chat run a change on its own. Small, reversible record changes are confirmed in the chat because they can be undone; every message and everything about money is approved by you, on a Genaya page, signed in.

1

forumAsk freely

Questions never change anything. Ask about appointments, clients, invoices, payments, calls and tasks as often as you like - the answer is limited to what your role can see, and each question is 10 Genaya AI credits, exactly like a question in the app.

2

task_altRecord changes are confirmed in the chat

A task, a client, a reschedule, a draft: the assistant prepares it, shows you the preview with its fingerprint, and runs it only when you confirm - through the host's own Confirm button or by your yes. Undo for 15 minutes, from the assistant, the app or the phone.

3

verified_userTexts and money happen on a Genaya page

Every text and email, every invoice or estimate link, anything at or over $2,500, more than 25 recipients, a changed contact detail or a change with no undo is approved on a Genaya page where you are signed in - a signed, single-use, 10-minute link, the real preview, one Approve. The assistant never presses that button.

4

historyEvery question and change is on the record

Each question from an assistant is saved as a conversation in your Genaya AI history, and each change as a row in Genaya AI Activity, marked ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code or Other - with the preview, the receipt and Undo while the window is open. A send approved from the page also emails you.

5

badgePermissions follow the team member

A connection runs as the person who allowed it, in one organization, with the Genaya AI action permissions that person holds. A role change lands within a minute; revoking under Settings > Integrations lands on the very next call; a password change disconnects automatically.

blockNever, from any assistant
  • closeMoving money, refunds, payouts or recording a payment
  • closeBilling, plan, bank or payout settings
  • closeRoles, phone numbers and automations
  • closeCard, bank, tax, payroll or credential data
  • closeAnything under an admin's View As

Connections are revoked automatically on a password change or reset, when a member is deactivated or removed, when an admin turns external assistants off, rotates or revokes a client, and after 30 days without use. A member sees and revokes their own connections under Settings > Integrations; admins see everyone's.

FAQ

Questions teams ask before they connect an assistant

Yes. Genaya Connect is an MCP server over streamable HTTP at https://api.genaya.com/mcp, with OAuth sign-in. ChatGPT, Claude and Claude Code add it as a connector, and so does any assistant, agent platform or editor that speaks MCP - Gemini, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Perplexity, Grok, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, Zed, Gemini CLI, Zapier, Make, Slack, Notion, Salesforce Agentforce - once an admin allows "Other" assistants for your organization. Every host gets the same seven tools: who am I, ask Genaya AI, prepare a change, confirm, cancel, undo and list changes.

The Genaya plugin is submitted to the ChatGPT directory and to the Claude directory; until a directory lists Genaya, you add it with the address - Developer mode in ChatGPT, Add custom connector in Claude, two plugin lines in Claude Code. Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, Slack, Microsoft and Salesforce listings are later steps; Perplexity, Grok, Notion, the Gemini app, Zapier and Make have no directory for custom servers and take the address. A listing changes where you find Genaya, not what the connection does.

Only what you confirm. A record change - a task, client, lead, reminder, appointment, estimate or invoice draft, expense, a reschedule, cancel or complete - is previewed and confirmed in the chat, and can be undone for 15 minutes. Every text and email, every invoice or estimate link, anything at or over $2,500, more than 25 recipients, a phone or email that differs from the record, a change with no undo or wording that came from customer text is confirmed on a Genaya page where you are signed in, through a signed, single-use, 10-minute link. Moving money, refunds, payouts, billing, roles, phone numbers and automations are never available from an assistant.

Record changes, yes - for 15 minutes after they ran, from the assistant, from Settings > Genaya AI > Activity on the web or from the phone. A text or email that went out cannot be undone, and the assistant says so.

Any plan that includes Genaya AI - that is every plan, including the free trial. The trial is capped at 100 Genaya AI credits a day, 1 connection per member and 1 client for assistants that cannot register themselves. Individual allows 2 connections per member and 2 clients; Pro 3 connections and 5 clients; Business unlimited connections and 20 clients; Enterprise unlimited connections and clients. A question or an action costs the same Genaya AI credits on every plan - there is no separate meter and nothing is charged per lookup.

Yes. A question asked from any assistant runs the same Genaya AI, with the same permissions, the same organization scope and the same monthly AI credits as a question in the app: a question is 10 credits, a message that prepares a change is 20, and confirm, cancel and undo are free. Nothing is cheaper or dearer because it came through an assistant, and there is no separate meter - the same credits and nothing else. You see the credits used in Settings under usage after each turn.

An admin creates a client for it under Settings > Integrations > Use Genaya from ChatGPT and Claude > Details > Clients for other assistants: a name, the assistant, its redirect address, and Genaya hands back a client id and a secret shown once. Paste them into the assistant with PKCE on; members still sign in as themselves. Clients can be rotated and revoked, and are counted per plan - 1 on the trial, 2 on Individual, 5 on Pro, 20 on Business, unlimited on Enterprise.

Yes. Turn on Allow MCP for a Genaya API key under Settings > Developer and present it as the bearer at the same address from Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, Zed, Gemini CLI, the Gemini API, the Grok API, Zapier or Make. A key reads and asks only - who am I and ask Genaya AI - as the member who created it, on the key's own rate limits, spending Genaya AI credits like the app and nothing else. Changes need a signed-in connection.

Members whose role has the "Use Genaya AI from ChatGPT, Claude and other assistants" permission - on for owners, admins and managers, off for dispatchers and employees until an admin turns it on. Preparing changes also needs the same Genaya AI action permissions the app uses. Admins with "Manage everyone's assistant connections" control the organization-wide switch, the texts-and-emails switch, the clients and every member's connections.

Only the answer to the question you asked, or the preview of the change you asked for, limited to what your role can see. That answer is then handled inside the assistant under its provider's terms and your settings there; Genaya does not share your data with the assistant provider on its own, and a typed step-up value never passes through the assistant. Consumer ChatGPT and Claude are not covered by a business associate agreement, so healthcare organizations keep external assistants off until an admin acknowledges that note.

Yes. The organization switch under Settings > Integrations turns external assistants off and disconnects everyone immediately; admins can allow or block ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code and other apps individually, switch texts and emails from assistants off, and revoke or rotate any client. Every member can also revoke their own connections at any time under Settings > Integrations.
