The fine print, in plain language.
Every approved partner starts at 15% recurring commission on each referred customer's payments for their first 12 months. Your rate upgrades automatically to 20% once you have 26 active referred customers, and to 25% at 51 or more. Upgrades are retroactive - every active referral you already have moves onto the new rate. There is no cap on how many customers you can refer.
Commissions are calculated on what the customer actually pays Genaya: subscriptions, plan upgrades, and add-ons such as extra seats, companies, phone numbers, and AI add-ons, plus wallet top-ups including auto-recharge. Taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and credits are excluded.
Your tracked links carry a 60-day attribution window. If someone clicks your link and becomes a paying customer within 60 days, the referral is yours - and you earn commission on their payments for 12 months.
